Dignity Matters Support Service

Community Support Worker

Dignity Matters Support Service is always interested to hear from like-minded people who share the same values and aspirations as our service.

We recognise that lived and professional experiences form a solid platform from which to further develop your skill set. Whilst qualifications in the health and/or community care sector are required, so too is a level of sensitivity and maturity to provide an exceptional service.  All staff are required to complete a minimum set hours of professional development per year to further develop skills.

Kerryn understands the important role Community Support Workers play in the ongoing health and safety of older people living in the community. They are the “eyes and ears” of home care services, as they provide valuable feedback regarding the wellbeing of every client.

Dignity Matters Support Service is committed to fostering a supportive, team environment, which recognises the value of its employees.

If you feel you are the right person for this position, please do not hesitate to email me your resume or request a position description. We look forward to establishing a professional working relationship with you.
