Dignity Matters Support Service is a small, personalised service caring for older people and people with a disability living within the Gippsland/Bass Coast Region. We are passionate in providing quality care, respecting client choice and confidentiality. It is the little things that can make a big difference in people’s lives, allowing you to enjoy what matters most. Connections and fulfillment are important no matter our age or ability. We are committed to providing quality supports and respecting the life you choose to live without judgement.
Dignity Matters Support Service understands the unique challenges that can arise for people with a disability and as we age, such as chronic illness, dementia, grief, loss, decline in mobility, social isolation, ageism and mental health. Staff are trained and display a level of maturity necessary to undertake the responsibilities required to assist you. All our staff are security checked providing peace of mind. Our aim is to enhance your quality of life preventing premature and unnecessary admission into permanent residential care.
Dignity Matters Support Service aims to meet each person’s unique and individual needs. We work closely with other service providers within the community who share a common goal to support the older person and people with a disability to live independently.
We are flexible in the delivery of care which can be discussed at the time of commencing service. Government rebates are available and services can be purchased privately. Prices are available upon request.
